Discover the no-nonsense solution for anti-inflammatory relief

Let's talk about equality
When it comes to CBD, there's a lot of miseducation out there and even more misleading products. Let's be clear: not all CBD is created equal.
At NTY, it's our job to deliver you the highest quality, full-spectrum CBD skin and body care products without the drama - just the benefits. If it's not full-spectrum it's not offering you the full anti-inflammatory benefits you deserve.
So what is inflammation?
To keep it simple: inflammation is the body's way of telling you it's irritated with something and immediately goes into defense mode. Unfortunately for us, that defense mode can manifest itself in the form of muscle & joint aches, redness, skin sensitivity and yes, even breakouts. For many, it's a short term response but for others it can be chronic (think arthritis).

CBD + Anti-Inflammatory Benefits
CBD is already well-known for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, often seen as the "drug-free" alternative to some over-the-counter pain relievers. It moisturizes, it helps fends off environmental stressors that can trigger inflammatory response and better yet: it partners synergistically with other active ingredients to optimize their effects. As more research becomes available, two things have become very clear to us: Full-Spectrum or nothing, and concentrate on CBDa.

Full-Spectrum vs Broad-Spectrum
The extraction process is key.
You've likely heard the buzz around cold-pressing before - no exposure to heat means more nutritional benefit, compounds and vitamins/minerals remain uncompromised, etc. The same philosophy applies here. Unfortunately, a lot of CBD products on the market use heat extraction or curing because it's more cost-effective and takes less time. The problem there is when you don't put the effort into the products, the products don't put the effort into your results.
At NTY we only use Full-Spectrum CBD which means during the extraction process all cannabinoids remain intact, uncompromised and ready to work. If it's not full-spectrum it's broad-spectrum which means you're missing out on crucial benefits, including those of the superstar cannabinoid: CBDa.

CBDa - the Anti-Inflammatory Superstar
CBDa stands for Cannabidiolic Acid, which is the main phytocannabinoid found in the Cannabis Sativa Plant and the precursor to CBD. Think of it from a "this is what started it all" perspective when it comes to all of the benefits surrounding CBD products. The process in which it’s extracted is pretty complex and expensive, which is why you don’t see it highlighted or marketed as often as CBD.
Fun fact: CBDa is so potent that it’s appeared as a major cancer cell inhibitor in breast cancer treatment trials, and some studies suggest that it can outperform CBD by 1,000x when it comes to specific benefits!
Why so effective?
The human body has something called the endocannabinoid system, a huge network of receptors that runs throughout the brain and your entire body. The main function of the “ECS” is to help regulate a multitude of processes like metabolism, memory, stress and yes, even response to inflammation.
While CBDa doesn’t bind directly to CB1 receptors (aka cannabinoid receptors) like THC does to give you that euphoric feeling, it still plays nicely with the overall endocannabinoid system. Instead, it focuses on and acts as an inhibitor to a particular enzyme known as COX-2 - a major culprit when it comes to inflammation. Hello, anti-inflammatory benefits!

Unbiased Skincare. Uncompromising Relief.
Everyone can benefit from anti-inflammatory relief but "aging concerns" vary person by person depending on individual needs and goals. For that, we combine our CBDa with potent active ingredients, pinpointing everything from fine lines to dark spots, compromised barriers to uneven texture. Fortunately, CBDa is a perfect partner to amplify their effects. Whether it's boosting the antioxidant benefits of vitamin C or easing sensitive skin into chemical exfoliants, our products are designed with purpose and deliver on results.
