No rainbow washing here - NTY is LGBTQIA+ and minority-owned. We celebrate pride 365 days a year - not just June.

Meet Graham, our co-founder
A QUICK NOTE FROM ME
I was born and raised right here in LA. Topanga, to be super specific. I stayed local for school at USC, then bucked the LA trend and did something completely unrelated to entertainment: I worked in finance for over a decade. Most of that was actually in London where I lived for 12 years before moving back to LA to start NTY with my best friend, Zain.
NTY is still early in its journey, but it’s been an amazing one thus far. The most incredible part of this venture has been that I’m now free to be the person I am in all aspects of my life. I no longer have to hide any part of my personality at work. I’m an out-and-proud gay man. Despite the troubles that caused me issues earlier in my life and career, I love who I am and wouldn’t have it any other way. One aspect of NTY that has been a huge shift for me isn’t just being open about who I am with colleagues, it’s being open about it to the world. I’ve gone from being in the closet at work to getting on social media and talking about my experience to people I've never met...or filming commercials where I crawl through the dirt to find face glitter 😂
I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that the fight for LGBTQIA+ rights is more important now than ever before. That's the origin of pride, after all. The news these days is pretty scary - which means it's time to pull together and stand up for ourselves.
This year, NTY is partnering with DAP (Desert Aids Project). 10% of proceeds from our pride kit sales will go directly to them.
On a personal level, I'm just starting a new YouTube series - Gay Talks with Graham - where I speak with fellow queer people and allies of the community to figure out how we can all help make the future just a little bit brighter.
With love and Pride!

This week, I chat with Derek Marshall - a local, openly gay local politician currently campaigning for Congress in California’s 23rd District. Check out the video to learn more about Derek and his journey as he and I share our personal and professional journeys as members of the LGBTQ+ community, gay rights and how we can better do our part to support equality.
