What ingredients are used in No, Thank You products?

Each of our products has its own specific ingredients list which you can find under the main image on each product page. As you’ll see, we’re pretty passionate about our ingredients. How do I store your products?

Our products are best stored in a cool, dark place and never kept warmer than room temperature. Check the batch label on the product for any other guidance on storage.

What plant do you use for your CBD?

Our CBD comes from selected organic hemp grown in southern Oregon. We chose this CBD because it’s processed by CO2 extraction, which means the plant is never exposed to heat and the natural compounds are preserved. In our experience this ‘full spectrum’ CBD, which contains all the cannabinoids that occur naturally in the plant, works synergistically and is much more effective than other varieties.

Do your products contain THC?

Our products are made with full spectrum CBD which, as required by the Farm Bill, contains less than 0.3% THC. We’re proud that every batch is tested to ensure it meets that requirement. And it’s how we’re raising the bars for quality and transparency across the CBD industry.

Does your manufacturing facility follow GMP practices?

Yes, we are fully GMP compliant.

Do your products contain any additives or animal-derived ingredients?

We take the utmost care creating our products and hold quality of ingredients as a guiding value in everything we make. When it comes to choosing ingredients for formulation, we base our selection on the highest standards in the industry. Our sleeping mask contains manuka honey extract and the lip balm contains lanolin and beeswax.

All our other ingredients are plant based and No, Thank You products are free of:

Formaldehyde

Parabens

Phthalates

Synthetic Dyes

Sulfates

Propylene Glycol

Mineral Oil

Denatured Alcohol

Silicones

How do you test your products?

Our raw CBD oil is tested for cannabinoid content to make sure it is of the highest quality possible, and to ensure it is completely free of pesticides and heavy metals. We also test each batch to verify it is under the legal limit of THC (0.3%) and to make sure the correct dosage of CBD goes into No, Thank You products. All our tests are carried out at a lab which follows strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.

Do you provide lab results for your products?

Yes, a Certificate of Analysis (“COA”) for each product can be found on each product page – click the link to see the rest result. If you have a question about any lab report, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Are your products gluten free?

Apart from our charcoal cleanser, every No, Thank You product is gluten free. The charcoal cleanser contains oat extract, which is processed using equipment that also processes wheat. If you have a question about any of our ingredients, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Are your products nut free?

Yes, all No, Thank You products are nut free. However, in case you are sensitive to coconut products, please note that our sleeping mask contains coconut water and our lip balm contains coconut oil.

Are your products vegan?

Our relief cream, charcoal cleanser and vitamin C Oil are all vegan. Our sleep mask contains Manuka honey extract, and our lip balm contains lanolin and beeswax.

Are your products suitable for children?

They’re not. By law, CBD is only available to adults over the age of 21.

I am pregnant, can I use your products?

Please consult your physician before using our products if you are pregnant.

Can I use your products while taking prescription medications?

Please consult your physician before using our products if you are taking pharmaceutical drugs.

Where are your products made?

Our products are crafted and batched with love, by hand, in California.

Orders, shipping and returns

Where do you ship your products?

We ship to almost all states across the USA, except for Idaho, Iowa, Ohio, Louisiana, Nebraska and South Dakota. We don’t ship internationally at this time, but stay tuned.

I have not received my order - what can I do?

As a first step, please check your tracking number (which you can find in your order confirmation email). If your package is not found please email us at hello@nty.co.

How can I make a change to an order I just placed?

Please email us at hello@nty.co and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer free shipping on all our orders. Regular orders are shipped via USPS and take 2 to 7 business days. We offer free Fedex 2-day shipping on orders of $75 or more. And if you order is less than $75 but you just can’t wait: (i) we feel you! (ii) you can upgrade to 2-day delivery for just $7 extra.

How can I return my purchase?

We always do what it takes to make sure you’re happy with No, Thank You.

We offer a 30 day return policy in the event you are unsatisfied for any reason. If you want to return a purchase please email us at hello@nty.co so we can assist you.

Can I pre order?

You can preorder on our website by providing credit card details. You will only be charged for the order once it’s ready for delivery.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). We don’t accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards or money orders.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax depends on where you live and the items you purchase. If you have a tax estimate, it will be given at checkout.
